The International Exhibition of the Hospitality Industry ran from 23 to 27 October 2009 at Rho Fieramilano. This exhibition allowed specific supply and demand to meet up thanks to a fair layout divided into 6 areas: Professional Food Service, Bar (coffee machines and equipment), Ice Cream and Pastry, Bread Pizza Pasta, the Hospitality Industry and the International Coffee Show Host saw 1,865 exhibitors from 134 countries showcasing their goods in a net exhibition area of 110,000 m². The 6 Shows offered a complete overview of the Professional Hospitality sector in contact with the best world producers.
