A “metropolitan workshop" where tradition is reinvented, and fine rigorously certified meats become the stars. The butcher shop, Carni d'Autore of Naples, is a charming location for a taste experience, thanks to the prime choice of products and takeaway specialties.
The challenge posed by this project was to create a classy, delightful and welcoming environment, in small spaces: entrusting itself to Epta proved to be a winning choice because of the synergy between the Eurocryor refrigerated cabinets, complementing the design and the performance of the Misa cold rooms.
The 150 m2 premises is characterised by the presence of a Eurocryor Bistrot cabinet that follows the perimeter of the shop and is embellished by fronts in black stone and light-coloured wood, which recall the neutral shades of the walls and floors. Elegance is ensured by the large glazing of Bistrot and Torre Eurocryor, which amazes for the three-shelf configuration, designed to emphasise the visibility and appeal of the meats.
The attention to the aesthetics of the Misa solutions, with finishes in stainless steel and glass wall, has allowed the insertion of a cold room inside the sales area. This does away with the problem of finding space for the equipment at the back of the kitchen and contributes to maximising the variety of the shop. In order to further reduce the footprint, Misa has proposed a sliding door, and the use of a shared wall between the two cold rooms, though maintaining the two areas completely separate.
Worthy of note is finally the attention to the environment with the reduction of energy consumption, guaranteed by the combination of high-performance Misa panels, with the Dow Pascal TM system to increase the thermal insulation of the cold rooms by 11%.
