Eurocyor's new products were a resounding public success at iMeat 2014, the first Italian trade fair for the meat retailing business, held from May 18th through 19th, at Modena Fiere, Italy.

Dynamic System, the innovative technology for efficiency and conservation of resources, was especially designed to maximise sales of high-margin items like meat, while ensuring superb preservation. Over the two days of the trade fare meat displayed in the Eurocryor counters featuring the new system was kept completely fresh, without the need to remove product to a cold store overnight. One of the plusses of the Dynamic System is that it preserves the organoleptic properties of foods intact for up to 120 hours: the result of this is perfect display and preservation, as well as a fast investment payback.

The store's equipment followed the path marked by a search for elegance and aesthetics, which have always been the hallmark of Eurocryor cabinets: besides the traditional module, a special tower with transparent shelves, which optimise product visibility, was presented. By the use of this equipment and through the meticulous preparation of meat down to the its smallest detail, as in a cream puff construction, the butcher's shop emulates the fairytale world of pastry.
