Eté Galleria Mediterranea, the new supermarket located on the Gulf of Salerno (Italy), has officially opened with a ribbon-cutting ceremony that marked a fresh chapter for retail in Campania. With a 600 m² sales area, the store has been completely renovated by Epta to create a modern, functional and visually engaging shopping environment.The project combines attention to detail with functional design, placing emphasis on served departments and self-service solutions that elevate customer experience. The store features a full selection of fresh deli, butcher and fish market counters — all laid out in a harmonious configuration that ensures convenience, transparency, and full product visibility. HIGH-EFFICIENCY CABINETS FOR AN ENHANCED LAYOUTIn the cold cuts and dairy section, the GranVista Next from Costan GranFit family, vertical chilled display cabinets with remote unit were selected for their premium design, visibility, and accessibility. These are complemented by Twin Midi SV from Eurocryor Ambienti family, semi-vertical cabinets and free-standing Batik cabinets from Costan Outfit family, offering excellent food preservation and clear merchandising for self-service items. The frozen area benefits from the integration of GranBering from Granfit family, vertical display tub cabinets, offering excellent energy efficiency, combining full-height glass doors and a sleek structure to increase product visibility and promote impulse purchases. The Outfit family’s Velvet Tower cabinet, placed prominently in the butcher area, enhances the aesthetics of the service counter. This multi-tier serve-over refrigerated tower is ideal for displaying fresh, unpackaged cuts in a way that supports both preservation and attractive presentation. SUSTAINABILITY AT THE COREEnergy efficiency and environmental awareness were at the core of this restyling project.
