EPTA and Italmark together again for the store in Soncino
Italmark entrusts itself once again to the Epta Group for the new store in Soncino (Cremona), for an installation devoted to maximum functionality and energy efficiency.
For this store, the Retailer chose its typical format and the colours of the Chain interweave with the elegant lines of Costan and Eurocryor refrigerated cabinets that enhance the rich product offer. The star of the installation is Stage Costan, a passe-partout solution that the Client particularly appreciated for the flexibility and transparency. Stage stands out for the possibility of hosting food categories with different preservation needs, making itself the ideal ally, for example, for promotional islands and for the display of the “ingredients" of a quick meal: from ready-made dishes, to cold cuts to cheeses, to seasonal fruit, to desserts.
In the departments dedicated to cured meats, cheeses and delicatessen products, of the chosen solutions, Velvet Costan is worthy of mention. The harmony between the different versions of refrigerated cabinet creates perfect integration between the self-service and serve-over products, available also for the take away products in the Hot Table version. The offer is completed by the pre-packaged branded products inside the Twin islands of Eurocryror, proposed in a back-to-back configuration to increase cross-merchandising, thanks to the display, on the roof of the cabinet, of wines and specialties to be served with an aperitif.
Another distinctive element of the store are the GranVista Costan refrigerated cabinets, in the Open version for fresh loose products of the fruit and vegetable department and the products of the fourth and fifth range, and in the Close model with frameless doors which, thanks to the elevated transparency, offer excellent visibility of meat and fish. For the frozen product area, Epta selected the GranBering Costan vertical cabinets and the Tortuga 2 Costan islands to guarantee the best display of each product category, thereby increasing the profitability of the area.
The efficiency of the store is guaranteed by the Eco2Large pack with FTE, technology that stands out for its reduced environmental impact and its simplicity, which translate into energy savings of up to 10% compared to a standard booster pack and up to 20% lower installation and maintenance costs.
Finally, the installation is completed by the Misa cold rooms, in the model with hinged and sliding door, to adapt to all the design needs and ensure elevated food safety and food security.
