CIBUS TEC 2023: THE EUROCRYOR COUNTERS ENHANCE THE RECIPE FOR SUCCESS OF FRATELLI PAGANI

At Cibus Tec 2023, the smart and innovative fair dedicated to the sector of food technologies and beverages, scheduled to take place in Parma from 24 to 27 October, the Eurocryor counters, brand of Epta specialised in the production of refrigerated counters with cutting-edge design and merchandising, enhance the recipe for success of the company Fratelli Pagani S.p.A., with which the Group has started a partnership, under the banner of Made in Italy.

In this precious setting, Fratelli Pagani – a famous family-run company which has been producing and marketing flavourings and exclusive ingredients for the food industry for more than 110 years - will showcase a vast range of genuine products and highest quality solutions inside the refrigerated counters of the Gamma range, signed Eurocryor.

The solution, aside from being the guarantee of perfect preservation of the organoleptic properties under the banner of quality and food safety, contributes to creating an immersive route into flavour in the exhibition space, offering visitors a unique sensory experience.

The Comfort range of the Elementi family of Eurocryor, presented in the self-service and serve-over version and available in the two series Midi and Maxi, enhances the uniqueness of these variegated aromatic specialties, thanks to its extreme versatility, thanks to which it is possible to create customised configurations and layouts, with a harmonious look.

Comfort Midi and Maxi use refrigerant gas R290 and are available with stainless steel wells of different depth, namely 830 cm for the first model and 910 cm for the second, with lengths from 93 to 375 cm. Furthermore, the presence of a refrigerated unit in the lower section of the furniture increases the storage area and facilitates the refilling phase.
