EPTA AND DE ANGELIS TOGETHER AGAIN TO DISCOVER THE FLAVOURS OF DI COLA AT THE MERCATO TRIONFALE OF ROME

The collaboration between Epta and De Angelis Project&Design confirms itself as successful thanks to a new tailored project, geared to the creation of the Di Cola stand, Sapori d'Abruzzo, at the Trionfale Market of Rome, considered the first local market of the city.

 

The striking location, one of the largest in Italy and Europe, is a landmark for the local community, who can rely on a vast range of products that are both affordable and sought-after. The partnership between De Angelis and Epta, which together have studied an ideal solution to respond to the needs of the client, is set in this context. The goal was to create a stand able to merge tradition and modernity. To guarantee maximum enhancement of Di Cola specialties, Eurocyror offered the refrigerated cabinet Bistrot Gastronomy WO  that merges design, flexibility and maximum performance. The refined black finishes in the front, signed De Angelis Projects&Design, together with the large panoramic extra-light glass of the cabinet, create a contrast with a strong visual impact, making the stand unique and attractive. A design choice conceived to capture the attention of the clients and highlight the vast assortment of gastronomy, cured meats, delicatessen, cheese and fresh pasta. With Eurocryor, the perfect display marries the best preservation. Bistrot boasts advanced technological systems to preserve the freshness and the organoleptic characteristics of each type of product.

 

Sturdy and versatile, the Bistrot cabinet was customised to the millimetre by Eurocryor. It features 135° corners to adapt to the irregular perimeter of the stand and the fixed glass of 312.5 mm in correspondence of the structural columns. Furthermore, to guarantee Di Cola that it could display a larger number of products, the Eurocryor team suggested inserting an additional shelf in the section dedicated to cheese to present a selection of contemporary products and boost sales with a view to cross-merchandising. Finally, a further personalisation detail of this Bistrot are the refrigerated drawers in the lower section of the rear cabinet to expand the storage space and facilitate the restocking phase.

 

A turn-key project that proves to be one of the secret ingredients of the success of Di Cola by merging the creative talent of De Angelis Project&Design and the Made in Italy excellence of Eurocryor.
