EUROCRYOR ENHANCES THE BAVARIAN EXCELLENCE OF THE VINZENZ MURR CHAIN OF BUTCHER SHOPS

The high-performing refrigeration solutions branded Eurocryor enhance the excellence of the wide range of Bavarian meats and gastronomic specialties of the historical chain of Vinzenz Murr butcher shops.

The controlled origin of the cuts, from a selected chain of local breeders, craftsmanship and maximum freshness and quality have been at the heart of the philosophy of the visionary founder Vinzenz Murr and of the three subsequent generations since 1902.

With a network of 290 butcher shops, Vinzenz Murr is now among the key players of the meat sector, in which it has achieved important goals. The most recent include the victory of the 2023/2024 edition of Metzger Cup with seven specialities of Wurst, examined by a jury of experts and recognised as one of the best butcher shops of Bavaria by the regional ministry of agriculture, in association with the operators of the meat sector.

​A popularity which is steadily growing, thanks also to a new format, which merges convenience, with promotions based on the day of the week or specific targets of the population, such as students, and flexibility depending on requests, to satisfy lovers of barbecues and summer parties.

 

A NEW CHAPTER OF QUALITY: THE PANORAMA CABINET OF EUROCRYOR INSTALLED IN MUNICH

 

The store of Munich inaugurates a new chapter of quality, installing the Panorama refrigerated cabinet of the Stili line by Eurocryor. With a refined minimalist and personalised look, the furniture displays the varieties of local meats, such as the Münchner Weißwürste of its brand Hofgut Schwaige. The absence of uprights, frame or hinges of the cabinet guarantees total visibility of the products and combines with the design which embellishes the principles of the claim “regional and homemade".

Furthermore, the craftsmanship of meats, salami, cheeses and preparations of the culinary tradition of Bavaria, such as the iconic Käsespätzle, is emphasised by the most modern technologies of conservation signed Epta. In detail, the entire line is equipped with Dynamic System, a dynamic refrigeration system which besides maintaining the intrinsic characteristics of the products intact during their life cycle, it minimises the variations of temperature and humidity inside the cabinet and the loss of average weight of the meat in 24 hours, to guarantee a drastic reduction of food waste.
