Eurocryor awaits you at Sigep to get 2016 off to a sweet start

Eurocryor will be at Sigep, the leading ice-cream, patisserie and artisan bread fair scheduled from 23 to 27 January 2016, where it will be located in the Tekna stand (Pav.:C1 Stand:147)

Following the record success notched up last year, with over 187,000 visitors taking part (of which 38,000 were from abroad), the 37th edition of Sigep looks set to be a very high profile event, with over 1,000 exhibitors expected on a site covering 113,000 m2. It is an incomparable exchange platform, and one in which all the biggest players in hospitality will be displaying their finest creativity and showcasing all the latest trends in equipment, services, raw materials and ingredients.

In detail, Sigep will be providing an outstanding opportunity to present Eurocryor’s new International design pending and Italian patent pending technology dedicated to ice-cream parlours. This exclusive system has been applied to a special version of the Panorama counter to create a display case for ice-cream with tubs that ensure improved conservation of the product and on-trend appeal for the area. A surprising design sets it apart with small refrigerated displays in the front of the cabinet which allow Customers to see the wide range of flavours on offer.

Last but not least, the stand also finds the Eurocryor Chocolate Tower, created for patisseries and chocolatiers. Comprising three completely transparent shelves with LED lighting, the tower has a ventilated section with a temperature regulator which guarantees optimal humidity. This ensures chocolate delicacies of all kinds, including ice-cream desserts, are preserved to perfection.
