With Eurocryor, Fattoria di Rimaggio puts quality first

​More than a century of history in the wake of tradition and authenticity: Fattoria di Rimaggio, set up in 1905 in Pergine Valdarno (Arezzo), renovates its eleventh specialist shop in Montevarchi and chooses Epta to enhance the excellence of its meat.

 

The flavours of the land are the key ingredients of the offer of Fattoria di Rimaggio. The connection with Valdarno and with the countryside in general, is reflected in the new store. The location resumes the colours of a rural atmosphere with the warm brown of the front of the Eurocryor refrigerated cabinets and the details on the walls. A colour effect that creates a contrast with the white and neutral shades that dominate the interior of the store and contributes to enhancing the assortment.

 

The Stili range by Eurocryor fits in perfectly into the setting, with unique presentation methods. Epta proposed the Bistrot traditional refrigerated cabinet in its different versions: Bistrot Gastronomy , Bistrot Meat​ and Bistrot Torre, perfectly combined. Furnishings with simple and elegant lines that represent the ideal solution for dairy products, cheeses, cold cuts and preparations. Quality meat is also the true protagonist of Bistrot Torre, with a display level and two shelves that attract the customer's attention from the entrance. The high windows are designed to enhance the prized cuts on display, all rigorously zero mileage, from a supply chain 100% controlled by the company itself.

 

The expertise of Eurocryor has also been essential in the customisation of the furnishings, personalised to the millimetre to adapt in the best possible way to the retail space. The L-shaped layout gives a complete view of all the products. This configuration is possible by the ad hoc realisation of a corner cabinet that acts as a trait d'union between the different cabinets.

 

Besides aesthetics, the Client particularly appreciated the technologies by Epta, essential for an optimal preservation of the foods on show. Bistrot Meat is proposed here with the patented Dynamic System technology to display the meat in the cabinets for more days, without having to put it back into the cold rooms overnight, preserving its organoleptic and aesthetic characteristics.
