Advanced Epta technologies redesign macelleria Fontanova of Civita Castellana which, completely renewed in its layout, reaches an unprecedented level of excellence in this new configuration, in terms of quality of specialities offered to consumers and performance of the refrigeration solutions installed, branded Eurocryor and Bonnet Névé

​In the heart of Lazio, since 1936, the specialised shop has been merging the culinary tradition of the Antonini family, handed down for four generations, with steady technological innovation.

 

EPTA EXPERTISE AT THE SERVICE OF CUSTOM DESIGNS

The consolidated experience of Epta in designing custom refrigeration systems has allowed to complete the restyling of Macelleria Fontanova by expanding the display surface, increasing the product area dedicated to cured meats and dairy products and reducing the overall running costs, satisfying the specific requests made by the manager.

The goals achieved thanks to the installation of higher performing models branded Bonnet Névé and Eurocryor in every product area of the store, include:

  • the vertical remote SkyView Efficia of the SkyEffect range and Profile cabinet of the Mozaїk family of Bonnet Névé in the section dedicated to fresh pre-packaged products and sausage. Connected to the pre-existing refrigeration unit, the two models are present in the Closed version, with full-height glass doors that ensure maximum visibility and excellent thermal insulation, to guarantee perfect storage of the products on show.   

     
  • a full line of Bistrot serve-over cabinets, top of the range of the Eurocryor Stili family. With the goal of enhancing the fine cuts of beef, pork and mutton from wholesale Fontebona, also belonging to the family, the installed cabinets offer five different temperatures thanks to Adaptive System, adaptive technology patented by Epta which regulates the operating parameters of the cabinet depending on external conditions, to the benefit of a significant reduction in consumption.

 

Moreover, the traditional cabinets, equipped with Window Opening and customised decoration with upper and lower bands respectively to simplify the operations of loading the cabinet and increase cross-merchandising, alternate with preservation Towers such as the Maturation Tower which, verticalizing the products, increase their attractiveness and profitability.

Finally, the project is completed by the self-service Bistrot for the hand-cutting of ham, equipped with an extended worktop obtained from an ad hoc configuration of refrigerated furnishings depending on the shop layout, to demonstrate the high level of personalisation of all Epta solutions.
