EUROCRYOR IS BEHIND THE RESTYLING OF THREE STORES OF IRISH CHAIN O’ CRUALAOI’ BUTCHERS

The Ó Crualaoí Group, a chain of butchers appreciated throughout the county of Cork and renowned for the freshness of its range of Irish meat and gastronomic preparations, chooses the most advanced technologies of Eurocryor to restyle three of its stores.

Set up in 1957 as a small traditional shop, Ó Crualaoí butchers has grown relentlessly over the last sixty years, establishing itself as one of the most prestigious, awarded and recognised brands throughout the province of Munster. With a staff of more than 100 employees it assists consumers every day in the selection of delicious cuts of meat.

​A business activity which, despite the multiple milestones achieved, has never forgotten its authentically rural roots, in an area well-known for its green pastures and a culinary tradition focused on authenticity and quality.

 

Eurocryor solutions for a customised layout

The most advanced Eurocryor solutions, at the centre of the restyling project of the three stores, have contributed to creating a customised layout coherent with the specific stylistic requirements of the Ó Crualaoí family thanks to their elevated level of customisation.

Specifically, the decorations of the furniture were painted green, historically chosen for the logo and the uniforms of the chain workers, in chromatic harmony with a typically Irish appeal.

An aesthetic sensitivity merged with ongoing technological innovation. The models installed in the boutique are the top of the range of the Eurocryor catalogue, arranged with the intent of creating unprecedented communication between the products, perfectly preserved in serve-over refrigerated display cases, refrigerated towers and self-service semi-vertical cabinets.

The star of the restyled stores, the serve-over Bistrot of the Eurocryor Stili family, combines elegance, versatility and sturdiness, creating a captivating display of the delicious varieties of meat, positioned scenically on different levels inside the Refrigerated Tower multiplexed with the cabinet. The latter, dedicated to cuts submitted to maturation techniques, preserves the organoleptic properties of the raw material, increasing its attractiveness and profitability.

Quality is also maintained by the Dynamic System technology patented by Eurocryor which is aimed at maintaining the intrinsic characteristics of the products during their entire life cycle by minimising temperature and humidity variations, reducing the average weight loss of meat in 24 hours.

The layout is completed by the semi-vertical positive temperature Gemini of the Eurocryor Stili line; by integrating the display of fresh foods inside the cabinet and dry articles on the roof of the furniture, it stimulates new combinations of taste, with a view to cross-merchandising.
